After the tournament ended last night (October 4), Ly Hoang Nam proactively spoke up on his personal page.
He wrote: "The recent semi-final match is a lesson and experience for Nam to continue to develop his expertise and improve himself. What Nam appreciates and wants to share is that Hien has proactively texted and accepted his mistake, and he did not seek to blame anyone. That is something that not everyone is brave enough to do.

Meanwhile, early this morning (October 5), Vinh Hien also reopened his personal account and posted an apology to Ly Hoang Nam and the audience.
"A memorable match, a lesson in your 20s. First of all, I would like to apologize to all the audience and those involved for having a controversial match. Above all, I have a lesson after an overly emotional match that has left me unable to handle it well. I do not mean to Provoke, curse or disrespect anyone.
If the eyes and actions at that time caused misunderstanding, it was my personal mistake. I have looked back at myself and my face, as well as learned a lesson about calmness and professionalism in sports. Throughout my sports career, I have always respected everyone, from the audience to teammates and opponents," Vinh Hien expressed.
The male athlete hopes that the audience will give him a chance to improve himself, and at the same time apologize for his bad attitude in the recent semi-final match.
Before that, Hoang Nam stopped in the semi-finals after a 1-2 defeat to Vinh Hien in a controversial match. After winning 11-5 in the first game, the No. 1 tennis player of Vietnam surprisingly lost 6-11 and 6-11 in the next two games.
