"Over the years, Viet Tri Stadium has been regularly chosen to host international tournaments, most recently the 2025 U19 Asian qualifiers. For the tournaments to be successful, we will always be prepared and ready to serve the team and fans" - the leader of the Phu Tho Province Sports Complex Management and Exploitation Center shared.
To keep the grass in the yard always green, the caretakers must fertilize and provide nutrients periodically, trim it regularly every 3-4 days, and continuously kill worms, ants, crickets, weeds, etc. As for the grass, the workers must manually dig up and remove all the deep roots, not allowing this type of grass to grow.
This coming December, the Vietnamese team will enter the AFF Cup. The Vietnam Football Federation will likely choose Viet Tri Stadium as the home stadium for the Vietnamese team in the matches against Indonesia (December 15) and Myanmar (December 21) instead of My Dinh Stadium (My Dinh Stadium will host the concert "Anh trai say hi" on December 7).
The 2024 AFF Cup will kick off on December 8. The Vietnamese team is in Group B, scheduled to play against Laos (December 9), Indonesia, the Philippines and Myanmar. In the group stage, each team will play 2 home matches and 2 away matches to determine the first and second-placed teams to advance to the semi-finals.
