According to the Plan, the Organizing Committee of the National Sports Games is expected to hold the Opening Ceremony on November 21 and the Closing Ceremony on December 12 in Ho Chi Minh City.
Previously, the preliminary review of the Opening Ceremony was scheduled to be held on November 17 and the general review on November 19.
