Quang Ninh FC only needs a point to win the top spot in Group A. Result: Quang Ninh FC tied with Hoai Duc FC, won 1 more point, maintained an unbeaten record (5 wins, 2 draws) after 7 rounds, thereby winning Group A, securing a place in the Second Division.

Previously, on the evening of October 20, 2024, in Ha Long, Quang Ninh FC held a ceremony to participate in the 2024 national third division tournament.
The tournament will start from October 24 to November 11, 2024, following a single round-robin format. 16 participating teams will compete for 5 spots to compete in the 2025 National Second Division. The teams are divided into two groups A and B based on geographical areas. Group A will be held in Hanoi and Hung Yen, while Group B will be held in Ba Ria - Vung Tau. Quang Ninh FC is in Group A, along with the following teams: Nam Dinh Youth, Dong A Thanh Hoa Youth, Hanoi Public Security Youth, PVF-CAND Youth, Zantino Vinh Phuc, Hoai Duc FC, and Dao Ha Football Center.
