The race belongs to the UCI's international cycling competition program with 4 stages, attracting 171 cyclists from 29 highly specialized long-distance cycling teams.
Pham Le Xuan Loc was invited by the Quick Pro Cycling Team (Estonia) to participate in the team to compete in the tournament in India. However, for some reasons, this cyclist has not been able to compete abroad. Pham Le Xuan Loc is a national player who won a bronze medal at SEA Games 33 in Thailand last year.
