The Vietnam Cycling & Motor Sports Federation announced in writing the approval of the World Cycling Federation (UCI) on November 17 to confirm that Clement Em Tran is under the management of the Vietnam Cycling & Motor Sports Federation and has the right to sign a contract or represent any Vietnamese cycling team competing, including the Vietnam Cycling Team.
Previously, Clement Em Tran expressed his wish to come to Vietnam to compete in professional cycling and find an opportunity to contribute to the Vietnam Cycling Team.
This athlete was born in 1999.
