The project to build a Sports Center (now a Sports Training and Competition Center) and a Sports Talent School - approved by the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province under Decision No. 1381/QD-UBND dated June 25, 2024, the total investment of the project is more than 313 billion VND.
According to the reporter's investigation at the National Bidding Network, on April 24, the Thai Nguyen Province Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board (Investor) announced the Plan to select the above project contractor.
Specifically, the announcement of the contractor selection plan this time has 7 bidding packages. Of which, the only construction package is "XL-01: Construction of works and supply, equipment installation".
On April 25, the Investor announced an invitation to bid for the above package, the package price is nearly 139 billion VND from local budget capital (from the source of selling assets on land, transferring land use rights of some units in the province built on the basis of the plan to rearrange, handle houses, land and other legally mobilized capital).
Previously, as Lao Dong reported, in December 2023, the Thai Nguyen Province Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board started the Thai Nguyen Province Sports Stadium Renovation and Repair Project.
The above project has a total investment of nearly 40 billion VND, recorded by a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper in November 2024, the items of the area such as: main competition floor, stands, lighting system, ventilation and air conditioning system and outdoor auxiliary items have been completed.
