According to Lao Dong, central defender Pham Ly Duc will join Hanoi Police Club after participating in the 2025 U23 Southeast Asian tournament with U23 Vietnam.
Pham Ly Duc is a name that has gone through a difficult journey to assert himself. Originally from the PVF training center but could not be retained, he was taken by his family to try his hand at HAGL Nutifood Academy at the introduction of coach Tran Minh Chien.
