Coach Diego Giustozzi said that Indonesia possesses a young force but has high professional quality, good playing organization and high speed. The Argentine coach believes that this may be one of the strongest teams in Southeast Asia at the moment.
In the opposite direction, the Indonesian futsal team under the guidance of coach Hector Souto brought to the tournament not the strongest force when giving opportunities to many young players. However, the island nation team still showed impressive form with 3 consecutive wins in the group stage to win the right to the semi-finals.
