The Asian Olympic Council-OCA thanked the Organizing Committee of the 2026 Asian Beach Games with meaningful images.

The Asian Olympic Council has sent a thank you photo to the organizing committee of the Asian Beach Games 2026, which just closed recently in China.

In the photo, the Vietnamese sports delegation features athletic athlete Ha Thi Thuy Hang and the Vietnamese women's beach handball team.

In the 2026 Asian Beach Games, the Vietnamese sports delegation with 90 members competed in 8 sports and achieved 3 gold medals, 5 silver medals, 5 bronze medals to rank 4th.

The gold medal achievements of the Vietnamese Sports Delegation are in athletics (2 medals) and women's beach handball (1 medal).

On OCA's thank you photo, bright faces who won the highest achievements of the 2026 Asian Beach Games have appeared.

According to the program, OCA has awarded the right to host the 2028 Beach Games to the host Philippines. The competition is scheduled to take place in the city of Cebu (Philippines).

Next, in 2030, Vietnam's Da Nang city is proposing to host the Congress to OCA.

However, the procedures for selecting the host for the Congress will be implemented by OCA according to regulations to ensure fairness. We were the host of the Asian Beach Games in 2016 and the competition venue was also in Da Nang.
