On July 3, the quarter-finals of the VTV Ferroli Cup 2025 women's volleyball tournament took place at Vinh Phuc Stadium (Phu Tho).
The highlight is the competition between two representatives of Vietnam, the national women's volleyball team and Vietnam U21. With a force of experienced players such as Thanh Thuy, Bich Tuyen... the Vietnam women's volleyball team did not have much difficulty defeating the Vietnam U21 team with a score of 3-0 (25-21, 25-13, 25-9).
In other matches, defending champion Korabelka (Russia) affirmed their strength when defeating the Australian team with a score of 3-0 (25-16, 25-16, 25-12). Meanwhile, the Philippines girls did not take much time to beat Thailand U21 with a score of 3-0 (25-17, 25-21, 25-21).
The remaining match was between Taiwan (China) and the Four Forces (China). With a fast, low-speed play, Taiwan (China) won 3-0 against their opponent with the same score of 25-16.
With the above results, the 2 semi-final matches of VTV Cup 2025 have been determined. The Vietnam women's volleyball team will face Taiwan (China), while Korabelka will meet the Philippines.
