People change direction to hold silver
In the context of many stores announcing a temporary end of plain round gold rings and gold bars, people tend to switch to holding silver to store assets. However, the number of sales is limited, customers only receive appointment coupons and have not received products directly.
At silver shops on Tran Nhan Tong Street (Hanoi), some were happy when shopping, while others sadly left when the shops all announced "Sold out".
The store's security guard said: "I will return tomorrow morning from 7:30 am to queue up to get a number, but now it's done."
Ms. Nguyen My Linh (Hai Ba Trung ward, Hanoi) shared that she went early to get a ballot, this morning each person was able to buy 5kg of silver. The store is scheduled to have the goods in 2 months, the purchase price is today's trading price.
Meanwhile, many people came to sell money, making a profit, they quickly advised the people coming later: "For now, just sell, it's very difficult to buy. Today's selling price is over 56 million VND/kg".
As for Ms. Le Dieu Linh (character's name has been changed - PV), she accepted the risk of buying silver through a third person to quickly hold the product in hand. "I come directly to transact, buy from the owner who wants to sell, most of the stores have a 2-3 month appointment to have the goods back".

On the seller's side, it is also said that for about a month now, people have tended to switch to buying silver. "I bought it a long time ago, today I have something to sell" - this person said.
