At today's announcement of gasoline and oil prices, March 12, 2026, the inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance decided to continue to apply the gasoline and oil price management plan combining gasoline and oil price stabilization and domestic gasoline and oil price adjustment to stabilize gasoline and oil prices, ensuring that domestic gasoline and oil prices accurately reflect the trend of world gasoline and oil prices; continue to maintain the price difference between E5RON92 bio-gasoline and RON95 unleaded gasoline at a reasonable level to encourage the use of biofuels; ensure harmony of interests between market participants. Expenditure using the gasoline and oil price stabilization fund, as follows:
- Biofuel: 4,000 VND/liter (unchanged);
- Leadless gasoline: 4,000 VND/liter (unchanged);
- Diesel oil 0.05S: 5,000 VND/liter (unchanged);
- Kerosene: 4,000 VND/liter (unchanged);
- Mazut oil: 4,000 VND/kg (unchanged).
After implementing the provision and use of the gasoline and oil price stabilization fund for gasoline and oil products, the selling prices of popular consumer gasoline and oil products on the market from 10:00 PM on March 12th are as follows:
- E5RON92 gasoline: not higher than 22,504 VND/liter (down 447 VND/liter compared to the current maximum selling price, equivalent to a decrease of 1.95%), lower than RON95-III gasoline by 3,071 VND/liter;
- RON95-III gasoline: not higher than 25,575 VND/liter (an increase of 335 VND/liter compared to the current maximum selling price, equivalent to an increase of 1.33%);
- Diesel oil 0.05S: not higher than 27,025 VND/liter (an increase of 555 VND/liter compared to the current maximum selling price, equivalent to an increase of 2.10%);
not higher than 26,932 VND/liter (an increase of 2,513 VND/liter compared to the current maximum selling price, equivalent to an increase of 10.29%);
- 180CST 3.5S mazut oil: not higher than 18,661 VND/kg (down 340 VND/kg compared to the current maximum selling price, equivalent to a decrease of 1.79%).
If the gasoline and oil price stabilization fund is not used, the base prices of popular consumer gasoline and oil items on the market on March 12, 2026 are as follows: E5RON92 gasoline at 26,504 VND/liter; RON95-III gasoline at 29,575 VND/liter; 0.05S diesel oil at 32,025 VND/liter; kerosene at 30,932 VND/liter; 180CST 3.5S mazut oil at 22,661 VND/kg.
