Gas stations in Hanoi are ready to sell E10 gasoline
According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper on July 31, a number of gas stations under the Vietnam Oil Corporation (PVOIL) in Hanoi that were selected to pilot the sale of E10 gasoline have completed preparations and are ready to put this biofuel into business from August 1.

At PVOIL Nghia Tan store (Hoang Quoc Viet street, Nghia Do ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi), the conversion is basically complete. This store has changed the name and price list on the electronic board.
"We reused the E5 gasoline pump, conducted a re-inspection to ensure safety. The store with 4 pumps will switch to selling E10 gasoline and stop trading E5 gasoline.

Credit increased by nearly 10%, SBV continues to expand credit room
On July 31, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) announced that it had adjusted the credit growth target (TTTD) for credit institutions (CIs) in 2025 to increase. The addition of limits is carried out publicly, transparently and according to specific principles, credit institutions do not need to make recommendations.

According to the SBV, since the beginning of 2025, the TTTD target has been assigned to TCTDs. As of July 28, the credit of the whole system increased by 9.64% compared to the end of 2024. Quang Tri earns more than 500 billion VND from mineral auctions
On July 31, the Department of Minerals and Climate Change, Department of Agriculture and Environment of Quang Tri province announced that it had just organized the first auction of mineral exploitation rights in the province in 2025.
The auction was attended and supervised by representatives of the Provincial Police, the Department of Justice, related units and functional forces to ensure security and order for the event.

According to the results of the synthesis, there are 8 mineral mines put up for auction, of which 7 mines have exploration results and 1 mine has not yet exploration results. The total starting price of the mines is more than 44.5 billion VND, while the total winning price is more than 515 billion VND, a difference of nearly 470 billion VND.
