On March 2nd, implementing the decisions of the Ministry of National Defense and Military Region 1, the Military Party Committee of Thai Nguyen province organized a conference to announce and award decisions on transfer and appointment of cadre positions.
The announced decisions include: Transferring and appointing Colonel Ly Van Ha - Political Commissar of the Command of Defense (CHPT) Region 2 - Phu Luong, to hold the position of Deputy Head of Propaganda and Training Department, Political Department (Military Region 1);
Senior Lieutenant Colonel Ha Duc Hien - Deputy Chief of Staff, Military Command (CHQS) of Thai Nguyen province, holds the position of Principal of the Northern Military School of Youth;
Senior Lieutenant Colonel Dich Xuan Tuan - Chief of Office of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Military Command, holds the position of Deputy Head of Logistics - Technical Department, Thai Nguyen Provincial Military Command; along with 19 officers holding positions at agencies under Military Region 1 and the Northern Military School of Youth.
On this occasion, leaders of the Provincial Military Command awarded decisions to 7 officers holding the positions of Deputy Commander and assistant to the Military Command Boards of communes and wards in the province.
Political Department of Military Region 4 Announces and awards Decisions on personnel work
On March 3, the Political Department of Military Region 4 organized a conference to announce and award decisions on personnel work.
At the conference, the Political Department announced and awarded decisions to transfer personnel: Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Huu Hoa - Assistant of the Personnel Department was transferred to hold the position of Secretary of the Political Commissar, Office of the Military Region;
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hong Chuong - Assistant to Social Insurance, Department of Personnel, transferred to the position of Assistant to Reserve Officer, Department of Personnel;
Senior Lieutenant Colonel Bui Duc Cuong - Assistant Reserve Officer holds the position of Assistant to Social Insurance, Personnel Department;
