On November 14, according to the Central Inspection Commission, the Inspection Commission of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee held its 30th meeting to review and conclude a number of contents:
1. Review the results of supervision of Mr. Pham Quang Hung - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Kim Thanh district - in leading and directing the implementation of investment projects in Kim Thanh district.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that Mr. Pham Quang Hung, together with the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, paid attention to leading and directing the implementation of investment projects in the district.
The projects and works are directed to implement basic investment in accordance with regulations, thereby promoting efficiency, contributing significantly to the completion of the socio-economic development tasks of the locality, completing the goals set forth by the Resolution of the District Party Congress.
However, in leading, directing and implementing the supervised contents, Mr. Pham Quang Hung still has some limitations and shortcomings.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requested Mr. Pham Quang Hung to continue promoting his strengths; seriously review and draw lessons, develop a plan to overcome limitations and shortcomings in order to better perform assigned tasks in the coming time; direct the review and handling of responsibilities for organizations and individuals in the staff who still allowed some limitations and shortcomings to occur as pointed out through supervision.
2. Review the results of the party financial inspection of the Standing Committee of the Kinh Mon City Party Committee.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that: The Standing Committee of Kinh Mon City Party Committee is interested in leading, directing and organizing the implementation of party financial work. The collection and expenditure of finances are basically ensured according to current regulations and internal spending regulations of the City Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.
However, besides the advantages, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee still has some limitations and shortcomings in the management and use of finance and assets.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requested the Standing Committee of Kinh Mon City Party Committee to learn from experience and direct relevant groups and individuals to seriously learn from experience in advising on some limitations and shortcomings that have been pointed out through inspection.
3. Review the results of asset and income verification for officials under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission verified the declaration of assets and income of 3 officials under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee working at Kinh Mon Town Party Committee.
Through verification, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that: The verified officials had declared their assets and basic income in accordance with regulations and instructions.
However, the declaration of assets and income of the verified comrades still has some limitations, shortcomings and defects. Based on the level of limitations, shortcomings and defects of each comrade, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requires 2 cadres to learn from experience and 1 cadre to seriously learn from the limitations, shortcomings and defects that have been pointed out through verification.
