According to information from the Inspectorate of Ha Nam province, the Chief Inspector of this province has just issued Decision No. 103/QD-TTr on inspecting the responsibilities of heads at all levels and sectors in implementing legal provisions on inspection, receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations, and preventing and combating corruption, period 2022-2023.
The inspection subjects in this period are the Directors of the Department of Construction; Department of Industry and Trade; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Department of Finance.
The inspection period lasts from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023. During the inspection process, if there are any related issues, pre- and post-period inspections will be conducted.
The inspection period lasts 45 working days from the date of announcement of the Inspection Decision.
Also during this period, the Chief Inspector of Ha Nam province also issued Decision No. 108/QD-TTr on inspecting the implementation of policies and laws on basic construction investment management of the Ly Nhan District Construction Investment Project Management Board; People's Committees of Duc Ly, Bac Ly, Dao Ly communes and Vinh Tru town of Ly Nhan district, period 2021-2023.
The inspection period is from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023. During the inspection process, if there are any related issues, inspections will be conducted before and after the period.
