Politburo Member, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung signed Decision No. 1118/QD-TTg appointing Lieutenant General Truong Manh Dung - Commander of Military Region 1 to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army.
The above decision takes effect from June 22, 2026.
