Two provincial prosecution chiefs receive additional duties

2 Chief Justices of the Court and the Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy in Thai Binh received new assignments; 1 Director of Public Security in Ha Giang received new assignments.

Accordingly, on December 27, the Executive Committee of the 17th Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee held the 29th Conference to elect the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tien - Head of the Organizing Committee of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee - presented the Proposal of the Standing Committee of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee on introducing personnel to submit to the Provincial Party Executive Committee to elect to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, term XVII, 2020-2025.

As a result of the secret ballot, Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc - Director of Ha Giang Provincial Police - was elected by the Executive Committee of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the 17th Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025, with a vote rate of 100% of the delegates present.

Also at the conference, the Executive Committee of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee voted and unanimously introduced Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc to be elected by the People's Council of Ha Giang province to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang province for the 2021-2026 term.

Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc has held positions such as: Chief of Phu Tho Town Police (Phu Tho Province); Deputy Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police; Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Director of Ha Giang Provincial Police.

Also last week, on December 26, Mr. Nguyen Khac Than - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh province and Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Binh province - chaired the meeting of the Executive Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee to announce the decisions of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work.

At the Conference, the Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on appointing Mr. Pham Viet Vuong - Chief Prosecutor of Thai Binh Provincial People's Procuracy and Mr. Do Manh Tang - Chief Justice of Thai Binh Provincial People's Court - to join the Thai Binh Provincial Party Executive Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

Presenting the decision and congratulating the appointed personnel, the leaders of Thai Binh province acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the two branches of the Provincial People's Court, the Provincial People's Procuracy as well as the individuals in the past time.

The leaders of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee of Thai Binh province hope and request that Mr. Pham Viet Vuong and Mr. Do Manh Tang personally continue to promote their sense of responsibility in working together with the Party Committee, government and people in the province, determinedly and diligently complete the goals and targets set by the Party Congresses at all levels and prepare well for all conditions towards the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
