Temporarily reappointed Lieutenant Colonel Vo Minh Vuong - Deputy Head of Economic Security Department, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quoc Viet - Deputy Head of Criminal Technique Department, Lieutenant Colonel Son Thai Minh - Deputy Head of Domestic Security Department of Provincial Police.
Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Kien Rinh - Deputy Director of Tra Vinh Provincial Police - emphasized that the personnel mobilized, appointed and reappointed are officers who have received basic training, matured from professional units and bases, have practical work experience, have good moral qualities, outstanding abilities, and ensure the conditions and standards for appointment and re-appointment according to regulations.
