At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Loan - Head of the Personnel Organization Department, Provincial People's Procuracy, announced the decisions of the Chief Prosecutor of Phu Yen Provincial People's Procuracy on the transfer and assignment of 5 officials.
Accordingly, Mr. Duong Van Ton - Head of the Department of Prosecution, Investigation and Trial Supervision of Criminal Cases (Department 1) was assigned to hold the position of Head of the Department of Supervision of Detention, Temporary Detention and Execution of Sentences (Department 8);
Assign Mr. Tran Thanh Tung - Chief Inspector of the Provincial People's Procuracy to hold the position of Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Procuracy;
Mobilize and assign Mr. Huynh Van Tam - Deputy Head of Department 1 to hold the position of Deputy Chief Inspector and be in charge of the unit.
At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Dang - Deputy Head of Department 1 was appointed to be in charge of Department 1;
Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Hong - Deputy Head of the Office of Prosecution and Criminal Appeals (Office 7) is in charge of Office 7.
The decisions take effect from December 1, 2024.
Speaking at the assignment, Mr. Pham Trung Thuan - Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Procuracy believes that in their new positions, the officers will continue to promote their sense of responsibility, ability, experience, and lead the unit to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

Authorized by the Director of Kon Tum Provincial Police, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Anh Duc - Deputy Head of the Personnel Organization Department announced the Decision of the Provincial Police Director on the transfer and appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Doan Quang Huy - Deputy Head of the Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department to take up the position of Deputy Head of Dak Ha District Police.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Le Xuan Thuy - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department believed that in his new position, Lieutenant Colonel Doan Quang Huy would try to overcome difficulties in work and life to quickly grasp and coordinate with cadres in the Party Committee and leaders of the District Police to manage all aspects of the unit's work; and perform well the tasks.
