Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on rewarding individuals who are awarded Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister.
The decision clearly states that bonuses according to regulations for 2 individuals awarded Certificates of Merit by the Prime Minister include:
1. Mr. Dao Quang Khai, Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee.
2. Mr. Pham Van Thinh, Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee.
Bonus amount: 8,19 ,000,000 VND/individual, total bonus amount: 16,380,000 VND.
It is known that the condition for being awarded the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit for individuals is that they have been awarded certificates of merit from ministries, departments, branches, and provinces and have continuously been awarded for 5 years or more until the time of requesting recognition of completing tasks well or better, during that time they have been awarded the title "Grassroots Emulation Soldier" 3 times, based on the Law on Emulation and Commendation in 2022.
Article 42 of Decree 98/2023/ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation stipulates the dossiers and procedures for considering or posthumously awarding the "Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit" as follows:
1. Dossier requesting consideration for awarding or posthumous awarding of "Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit" includes 1 set (original) including:
a) Reports from ministries, departments, branches, and provinces;
b) Report on the achievements of cases proposed for commendation certified by the Prime Minister;
c) Minutes of consideration for commendation of the Emulation and Commendation Council of ministries, departments, branches, and provinces;
d) In case individuals or collectives are proposed for commendation for making outstanding achievements, having scope of influence in ministries, departments, branches, provinces or receiving awards in the region, contributing to the socio-economic development of the country, applying scientific and technical advances, social work, and charity and humanitarian work, they must have a certificate or confirmation from a competent agency or organization for the proposed commendation achievements;
d) Related documents as prescribed in Article 30 of this Decree (if any).
