According to Official Letter 3228-CV/BTCTU, Dak Nong has 27 cadres, civil servants and officials eligible for retirement before their age. These people are subject to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and members of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee and the Party Committee.
Of the 27 people who have aspirations and are eligible to resolve retirement before the age to enjoy the policy regime in accordance with 2 cases, there are members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; 3 cases are members of the province.
10 cases of retirement registration under Decree No. 177/2024/ND-CP, including 3 officials of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and 7 officials of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and City Party Committee. 17 cases of retirement under Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP has 7 deputy directors of the Department.
Previously, the Organizing Committee of Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee issued a letter on summarizing and reviewing the need for retirement before age for cadres, civil servants and officials under the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for management Organizing the apparatus and streamlining staff.
The Organizing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that individuals who wish to retire before their age, resign from completing the dossier including retirement or resignation applications, and social insurance premiums.
The relevant units are responsible for making and sending detailed estimates of the policy payment of the retirement registration subjects before the age and quitting.
The completion time and sent to the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee before February 17 .2025.
On that basis, the Organizing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee advised the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to settle the regimes and policies for cases under the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to manage to be eligible for retirement before age and leave.
