On August 8, General Trinh Van Quyet - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Standing Member of the Central Military Commission, Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, Director of the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission (CIC) chaired a conference to hand over the duties and responsibilities of the Permanent Deputy Director, Head of the Central Military Commission's CIC.

Implementing the resolution of the Central Military Commission Standing Committee, Lieutenant General Pham Ngoc Tuan took on the position of Permanent Deputy Director, Head of the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission.

Handing over the Saigon New Port Corporation to the Ministry of National Defense

On August 4, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Ministry of National Defense held a conference to hand over the intact status of Saigon New Port Corporation under the Navy to the Ministry of National Defense.

On the same day, Tan Cang Saigon Corporation held a conference to hand over the rights and responsibilities of the Chairman of Tan Cang Saigon Corporation Limited.

Implementing the decisions of the Minister of National Defense, Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong presided over the handover of the rights and responsibilities of the Chairman of Saigon New Port Corporation between Colonel Nguyen Nang Toan - Deputy Commander of the 20th Corps, concurrently Deputy General Director of Saigon New Port Corporation (on handover) and Major General Ngo Minh Thuan - Commander of the 20th Corps, Chairman and General Director of Saigon New Port Corporation (on handover).

Appointment of Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Military Party Committee

After nearly 2 working days, the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Military Party Committee, term 2025-2030, closed on the afternoon of August 5.

The Congress heard the announcement of the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary; Inspection Committee (IC), Chairman, Deputy Head of the Provincial Military Party Committee's IC for the 2025-2030 term.

Accordingly, the Provincial Military Party Committee consists of 21 personnel. Mr. Vu Hong Van - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation holds the position of Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Military Party Committee include: Colonel Vo Thanh Danh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Bui Dang Ninh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command.

Colonel Bui Van Sy - Standing member of the Provincial Military Party Committee, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, is the Chairman of the Provincial Military Party Committee's Inspection Commission for the 2025-2030 term.
