Accordingly, 24 department-level leaders and district-level leaders were announced to have decided to retire to enjoy retirement benefits, including 1 District Police Chief, 10 Department Heads and 13 Deputy Department Heads.
Of these, 14 cadres have less than 30 months of service, 10 cadres have less than 30 to 60 months of service. The person with the longest working period is 57 months, the shortest is 13 months. Notably, there are 6 officers who have devoted over 40 years to the People's Public Security force.
The retirement decision is implemented according to the Project of the Ministry of Public Security on "Continuing to arrange and streamline the organization of the local public security apparatus, operating effectively and efficiently, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new period" and to prepare personnel for the Party Congresses at all levels in the provincial police.

After being informed about the policies of the Party, State and Ministry of Public Security, leaders at the department and district levels voluntarily wrote applications for early retirement, demonstrating a sense of responsibility, exemplary behavior and great dedication in the work of streamlining the apparatus of the industry.
Speaking at the conference, Colonel Vu Hong Quang emphasized that the Party Committee, the Provincial Police Department and all officers and soldiers highly respect and acknowledge the sense of responsibility of the comrades. When they retire to enjoy retirement benefits, they have the right to be proud of their great contributions to the development of the Cao Bang Provincial Police as well as the People's Public Security force.
The Provincial Police Department hopes that, despite their retirement, they will continue to contribute valuable experiences and participate in security and order protection activities in the locality.
On behalf of the officers receiving the retirement decision, Lieutenant Colonel Dam Be Hien - former Head of the Provincial Police Party Committee's Inspection Agency - expressed his emotion and pride in contributing to the People's Public Security force.
Lieutenant Colonel Hien affirmed that even though they no longer work in the industry, retired cadres will continue to accompany the All-people movement to protect national security, actively contributing to ensuring security and order in the locality.
