Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Ministry of Home Affairs conducts public consultation on individuals proposed for consideration of awarding the title "National Emulation Fighter".
The Central Emulation and Reward Committee received Submission No. 118/TTr-BTP dated December 18, 2024 of the Ministry of Justice and Submission No. 115/TTr-BTNMT dated December 3, 2024 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to submit to the Prime Minister for consideration and awarding the title "National Emulation Fighter" to 5 individuals:
1. Mr. Hoang Van Truyen - Director of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Thanh Hoa province, General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, Ministry of Justice.
2. Ms. Nguyen Thi Bon - Head of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Lang Giang district, Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Bac Giang province, General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, Ministry of Justice.
3. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tho - Director of the Institute of Strategy and Policy on Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
4. Mr. Ngo Manh Ha - Deputy Director of the Department of Water Resources Management, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
5. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong - Deputy Director of the Institute of Geodesy and Cartography, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
In order to have a basis before reporting to the Standing Committee of the Central Emulation and Reward Council, on January 7, 2025, the Central Emulation and Reward Council issued Official Dispatch No. 38/BTDKT-P.I requesting the Ministry of Home Affairs to collect public opinions within 10 working days for the 5 individuals proposed for consideration for the title of "National Emulation Fighter" mentioned above.
The Ministry of Home Affairs said that people's opinions on awarding the title of National Emulation Fighter to the above individual should be sent to the Ministry of Home Affairs Information Center, address: No. 8 Ton That Thuyet Street, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi or the Central Emulation and Reward Board, address: No. 103 Quan Thanh, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
