On April 3, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Military Region 7 held a conference to award cadre decisions.
At the conference, Major General Pham Anh Tuan - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Head of the Political Department of the Military Region announced decisions on transferring, appointing, and rotating cadres for 13 personnel.
