At the conference, Ms. Bui Thi Minh, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee, announced Decision No. 1835-QDNS/TW, dated January 21, 2025 of the Central Party Secretariat on appointment to participate in the Executive Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Accordingly, the Central Party Secretariat decided to appoint Mr. Pham Anh Quy, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh City to join the Executive Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
The conference also elected Ms. Bui Thi Minh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term with an absolute number of votes; at the same time, unanimously recommended Ms. Bui Thi Minh to be elected as Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.
At the same time, the conference also approved the Reports of the Provincial Party Standing Committee related to the arrangement of the political system's organizational structure to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently.
