On June 13, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province issued a plan to organize a trial operation of the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones in the area.
After the arrangement, Ba Ria - Vung Tau has 30 commune-level administrative units (including 18 communes, 11 wards and 1 special zone). The province will organize a trial operation of the activities of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of the new communes, wards, and special zones, with completion time on June 21-22; and is expected to summarize the trial operation on June 23.
In particular, it is expected that from 8:30 a.m. on June 21, a trial operation will be conducted to organize the activities of the Party Committee at the commune level.
From 9:30 a.m. on June 21, the first session of the People's Council of communes, wards and special zones will be piloted.
From 10:30 on June 21, the first meeting of the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones will be piloted.
From 1:30 p.m. on June 21, the operation of the Public Administration Service Center and specialized agencies under the People's Committees at the commune level will be piloted.
The Provincial People's Committee also set a milestone for implementation for many other contents such as: completing the organization of the local government apparatus, arranging a team of cadres and civil servants before June 15; guiding the organization of People's Council meetings at 30 new commune-level administrative units before June 16.
Before June 19, complete the arrangement of headquarters and offices; complete information infrastructure technology to serve operations; complete the creation of accounts and delegation of authority to staff in Ho Chi Minh City's document processing software; prepare digital signature certificates for official duties; complete the arrangement of online meeting rooms....
