The official dispatch sent to Bac Ninh Provincial Police stated that, based on Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation;
Considering the proposal of the Provincial Police in Submission No. 611/TTr-CAT-PX03 dated February 11, 2025 on the proposal for medical examination and treatment for commendation;
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has the following opinion:
In the past time, Colonel Bui Duy Hung, Director of Bac Ninh Provincial Police, has always complied with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; achieved many outstanding achievements in the fight against crime, contributing to ensuring security and order in Bac Ninh province (Notably directing the investigation of the case of "Illegal trading of invoices; Giving bribes; receiving bribes and Tax evasion" that occurred in Bac Ninh province and other provinces and cities).
Results of activities of party and mass organizations in 2024: The Provincial Police Party Committee was evaluated and classified by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee as having successfully completed its tasks in 2024.
The organizations: The Provincial Police Youth Union was assessed by the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee for its excellent completion of the Youth Union and Youth Movement; the Provincial Police Women's Committee was assessed by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union for its excellent completion of its tasks.
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has opinions for the Bac Ninh Provincial Police to complete the procedures and submit commendation documents according to regulations.
Colonel Bui Duy Hung was born in 1978, from Vinh Bao district, Hai Phong.
Before becoming Director of Bac Ninh Provincial Police, Colonel Bui Duy Hung held the position of Deputy Director and Secretary of the Ministry of Public Security.
At the time of taking up the position of Director of Bac Ninh Provincial Police (April 2021), Colonel Bui Duy Hung was the youngest Director of the Provincial Police in the country.
