The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just submitted a document to the Prime Minister regarding the proposal to award the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit.
Accordingly, based on relevant regulations and considering the Submission dated May 17, 2025 of the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council.
The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province respectfully submitted to the Prime Minister for consideration and awarded a Certificate of Merit to Mr. Tran Ngoc Dao - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Bac Ninh province, for his achievements in work from 2020 to 2024, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.
The above commendation proposal has been approved and appraised by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province to ensure compliance with regulations on subjects, standards, records, and procedures according to current regulations.
The opinions of relevant agencies are as follows:
1. Submission of the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.
2. Notice of Conclusion No. 1558-KL/TU dated June 23, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
Previously, as Lao Dong reported, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province also respectfully submitted to the Prime Minister for consideration and submitted to the President to award: Second Class Labor Medal to 1 individual; Third Class Labor Medal to 2 individuals including: Mr. Nguyen Nhan Thang - Deputy Chief of Office of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, Mr. Le Tien Toan - Deputy Head of the Department, Civil Servants and Public Employees, Department of Home Affairs of Bac Ninh province, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang - Principal of Bac Ninh College of Culture, Arts and Tourism, Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh province.
At the 30th session of the People's Council of Bac Ninh province, term XIX, held recently, authorized by the President, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan awarded the Second Class Labor Medal to Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan - Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.
This is a noble award of the Party and State to Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Vuong Quoc Tuan for his outstanding achievements and contributions during his work, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.
In addition, at the above session, 9 individuals who are leaders of a number of Departments, branches and localities of Bac Ninh province were also awarded the Second and Third Class Labor Medals.
