On the morning of September 16, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province organized the Inauguration Ceremony of the Ho Chi Minh Temple and the Project to Invest in Construction of Technical Infrastructure and Supporting Works of Van Mieu Park in Kinh Bac and Vo Cuong wards.
The project has a scale of 4.7ha, a total investment of more than 690 billion VND, divided into 3 zones with 3 layers of space.
Each space includes many items that ensure the function and convey the cultural meaning of the project, expressing the boundless love of the people of Bac Ninh for Uncle Ho.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Pham Hoang Son requested all levels, sectors and localities, especially Kinh Bac Ward People's Committee, to study appropriate management models; absolutely maintain solemnity, landscape, environment and order at Uncle Ho Temple and Van Mieu Park.
On the same morning, in Kinh Bac ward, Vingroup Group - representative of the investor consortium organized the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Project to invest in the construction of the new urban area in the Northwest of Bac Ninh city - Zone 1 (commercial name Vinhomes King Park).
The project has a scale of nearly 270ha, a population scale of about 31,500 people, a total investment of over 41,000 billion VND, and is synchronously planned with low-rise housing areas, mixed-use apartment buildings, commercial - service, education, health, and green buildings.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Dao Quang Khai requested the investor to continue to focus financial resources, human resources, equipment; organize scientific and strict project management and implementation; and comply with legal regulations.
Departments, agencies, branches of the province and Kinh Bac ward authorities continue to accompany, coordinate, guide, and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in the project implementation process.
Also on September 16, the groundbreaking ceremony for 4 projects also took place in Bac Ninh province, including: Viet Han Industrial Park expansion; Nghia Hung Industrial Park; Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park - sub-zone C; Social housing area under Phuong Hoang New Urban Area; and the inauguration of 1 project: Vegahomes Social Housing Area.
From September 20, Bac Ninh will become a centrally-run city, after being approved by the National Assembly at the session on August 24.
The organization of the groundbreaking and inauguration of projects aims to create a spirit of emulation, motivation to promote socio-economic development, contributing to building Bac Ninh into a civilized, modern centrally-run city with synchronous infrastructure.
