On February 27, Mr. Pham Hoang Son - Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee inspected the actual handling and handover of redundant houses and land after the merger in Kinh Bac ward.
According to the report of Kinh Bac Ward People's Committee, the locality currently manages 105 houses and land facilities. Of which, 41 facilities are being used or have completed procedures for handover and transfer to agencies and units and are used for the right purpose; 14 facilities are redundant headquarters, no longer in need of use, which have been decided by the Provincial People's Committee to be transferred to the Kinh Bac Land Fund Development Center Branch for management and exploitation.
Regarding the handover of the current status, the ward must carry out procedures for 16 houses and land facilities, including 14 facilities handed over to the Kinh Bac Land Fund Development Branch and 2 facilities handed over to management and use units according to regulations. According to the plan, the handover of 14 redundant facilities will be implemented from March 2 to the end of March 15, 2026.
Through actual inspection, Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Pham Hoang Son requested departments, branches and localities to urgently and synchronously implement solutions to improve the efficiency of management and exploitation of redundant headquarters after mergers; ensure publicity, transparency, compliance with the law, and resolutely prevent loss and waste of public assets.
The Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to develop a plan to propagate and publicize information for leasing headquarters in newspapers and media.
For some facilities such as the Cau Go cinema area, the headquarters of the Department of Finance (old), the Provincial Youth Union (old), Bac Ninh City People's Committee (old), the headquarters of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee (old)... The Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee requested to carefully review the current situation, complete the plan for effective exploitation and use, in accordance with planning and urban development orientation.
Emphasizing the view of prioritizing serving community interests, the Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee directed to create favorable conditions for medical and educational facilities that need to rent locations as operating facilities, contributing to improving the quality of social security services in the area.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested relevant units to urgently complete the overall planning plan for redundant headquarters; build and adjust rental price frames to ensure they are close to reality and in accordance with legal regulations; strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation process, ensuring the exploitation and use of public assets effectively and sustainably.
