The Government has just issued Decree 07/2026/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP dated December 14, 2004 of the Government on the salary regime for cadres, civil servants, public employees and armed forces, amended and supplemented by Decree No. 76/2009/ND-CP, Decree No. 14/2012/ND-CP, Decree No. 17/2013/ND-CP and Decree No. 117/2016/ND-CP.
Accordingly, amend, supplement, and abolish a number of points and clauses of the Head position allowance table (election, appointment) in state agencies, public service units of the State; agencies and units under the People's Army and People's Police issued together with Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP on the salary regime for cadres, civil servants, public employees and armed forces amended and supplemented by Decree No. 76/2009/ND-CP, Decree No. 14/2012/ND-CP, Decree No. 17/2013/ND-CP and Decree No. 117/2016/ND-CP as follows:
Amending and supplementing point a, clause 4, Section I as follows:
Leadership position allowance coefficient of Departments under the Ministry
Supplement clause 8a after clause 8 Section I as follows:
8a. People's Committees of communes, wards, special zones directly under provinces and cities
Amending Point 11.1 Clause 11 Section I as follows:
11.1. Inspectorate under the Ministry, Ministry-level agency, Inspectorate under the Department under the Ministry
a) Inspectors under Ministries, ministerial-level agencies
b) Inspectors under Departments under the Ministry
Decree 07/2026/ND-CP takes effect from January 10, 2026.
