On August 8, the Ministry of Defense mission was led by Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Defense, Standing Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Science and Technology Development, Innovation, Digital Conversion, Implementation of Project 06 and Administrative Reform (CCHC) Ministry of Defense, who inspected PAR and Digital Transformations for the 12th Corps.
Accordingly, over the past time, the 12th Corps has digitized and put into the archive of the Ministry of Defense with the documents and results of administrative procedure settlement under the authority as planned; assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the relevant agencies to guide and direct the 312th Division and the Military Medical Institute 5 to develop electronic medical records and electronic health records; Deploying the application of document and administrative management system to 100% of level 2 Unit units;
The rate of sending and receiving electronic documents using personal digital signatures reached over 98%. Regularly review the positions and titles of staff and employees at all levels; organize the selection and approval of annual technical staff training to reach 100% of the target, ensuring strictness and good quality.
The 12th Army Corps also proactively coordinated with Command 86 to synchronously and effectively deploy solutions to ensure information security on the military computer network; establish an incident response team, organize monitoring and overcoming network information security and network security incidents 24/7; strictly maintain a guard regime to grasp the situation in cyberspace.
Deploy network infrastructure at 100% of level 1 and level 2 units; expand internal computer networks, have military data connection networks; maintain a good television security system.
Speaking at the inspection, Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh praised the serious preparation of the 12th Corps. At the same time, highly appreciated the members of the inspection team with a sense of responsibility, urgently conducting inspections according to the set schedule.
Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh also assessed the Party Committee, the Command of the 12th Army Corps, Party committees, and commanders of agencies and units for leading, directing, and synchronously and comprehensively implementing the contents of administrative reform and digital transformation.
To effectively carry out the tasks in the coming time, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh requested the 12th Army Corps to continue to pay more attention and focus on administrative reform and digital transformation according to Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo, considering this one of the key political tasks to build a comprehensively strong unit that is "exemplary and typical".
Thereby making the Army a point unit, a pioneer in administrative reform and digital transformation in the Ministry of National Defense.
