On February 23, according to the Government Electronic Information Portal, the Ministry of National Defense issued Circular No. 13/2025/TT-BQP abolishing all 38 legal documents on military, defense, and cryptography under the authority of the Minister of National Defense.
The Director of the Legal Department, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense; relevant agencies, units and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
This Circular is implemented from April 7, 2025.
These legal documents belong to the fields of: Military and defense work; Major work; Policy work; Technical work; Logistics work; Finance; Science, Technology and Environment; Information technology work; Inspection - anti-corruption and smuggling work.
