In the afternoon of March 25, 2026, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, the second Conference of the 14th Central Executive Committee of the Party held a closing session.
General Secretary To Lam delivered the closing speech at the Conference.
After 3 days of urgent, serious, responsible, democratic, frank, and profound work, the second Conference of the 14th Party Central Committee completed the entire content and program set out.
The Central Committee has reached a very high consensus on major and important issues of the Party and the country, especially the group of contents on organizational and personnel work and the Party's basic regulations.
