On May 2nd, the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee officially announced the results of disciplinary action against party organizations and party members. Accordingly, Mr. Ha Ra Dieu - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Tra Tap commune was disciplined by dismissal from the position of Member of the Executive Committee of the Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
Functional agencies determined that Mr. Dieu is not only responsible as the head but also shows signs of degradation in political ideology, violating regulations on what party members are not allowed to do.
Along with Mr. Dieu personally, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Tra Tap commune also received the disciplinary form of "Reprimand". This unit has loosened management, lacked inspection and supervision, allowing key officials to violate the principle of democratic centralism and not properly implement the Party Committee's personnel work policy.
Notably, not grasping the grassroots situation and ideological developments of cadres has caused bad public opinion, reducing the prestige of the Party Committee and local authorities.
