At the ceremonies, the Organizing Committee announced decisions and resolutions related to the organization and personnel work, including: Decision of the Hanoi Party Committee on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary and Inspection Committee of the Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; Resolution of the City People's Council on appointing the positions of the Provisional People's Council of the commune for the 2021-2026 term; decision to appoint the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term; and decision of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City recognizing the members of the Committee and positions in the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune.

In Quang Minh commune, the Party Committee currently has 88 grassroots Party organizations under its management with 2,303 Party members. The Party Executive Committee consists of 21 members; the Standing Committee consists of 8 members; The Inspection Committee has 3 members.
According to the announced decision, Me Linh District Party Secretary Nguyen Thanh Liem holds the position of Secretary of the Quang Minh Commune Party Committee. The two Deputy Secretaries are Chief of the Office of the Me Linh District Party Committee Nguyen Thi Ngoc Ha and Head of the Department of Doctrine - Literature, Office of the City People's Committee Nguyen Tien Dung.
Captain of the Urban Construction Order Management Team of Me Linh District - Hoang Van Cuong assumes the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Commune Party Committee; Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Commune Party Committee is Nguyen Kim Ngoc - Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Me Linh District Party Committee.
Secretary of the Commune Party Committee Nguyen Thanh Liem also holds the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Minh Commune. Vice Chairwoman of the People's Council is Nguyen Thi Loc - Vice Chairwoman of the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee. The Head of the Commune People's Council's Economic - Budget Committee is Luu Van Tu - Secretary of the Dai Thinh Commune Party Committee; Head of the Culture - Social Committee is Hoang Van Cuong.
Regarding the Commune People's Committee, the Chairman is Nguyen Tien Dung. The two Vice Chairmen include Hoang Quoc Thinh - Head of the Finance - Planning Department of Me Linh District and Pham Anh Tuan - Secretary of the Quang Minh Town Party Committee.
The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Minh commune has 5 members. Le Sy Cuong holds the position of Chairman; Vice Chairmen include Tran Thi Ngoc Dung, Dao Thuy Phuong, Do Van Chien and Nguyen Van Son.
In Me Linh commune, the Party Committee has 54 grassroots Party organizations with 2,199 Party members. The Party Executive Committee consists of 20 members; the Standing Committee has 8 members; The Inspection Committee consists of 4 members.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Me Linh District - Nguyen Anh Tuan holds the position of Secretary of the Me Linh Commune Party Committee. The two Deputy Secretaries are Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and Director of the District Political Center - Trinh Thi Hong Ngan and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Me Linh District - Tran Thanh Hoai.
