Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong attended and directly presented personnel decisions to the Thanh Xuan Ward Party Committee Executive Committee.
According to the decision of the Hanoi Party Committee, the Thanh Xuan Ward Party Committee was officially established, consisting of 131 affiliated Party organizations with a total of 7,401 Party members.
The Hanoi Party Committee has appointed the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary and Inspection Committee of the Thanh Xuan Ward Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term. The Party Executive Committee consists of 19 comrades, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee has 8 comrades.
Ms. Bui Huyen Mai - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Thanh Xuan Ward Party Committee. Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ha and Mr. Do Quang Duong hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee.
Along with that, the Resolutions of the Hanoi People's Council also appointed personnel of the People's Council and the Provisional People's Committee of Thanh Xuan Ward for the 2021-2026 term. Accordingly, Ms. Bui Huyen Mai holds the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Xuan Ward; Mr. Do Quang Duong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, holds the position of Chairman of the Ward People's Committee.
The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City also announced the decision to recognize the positions of members of the Committee and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Xuan Ward. In which, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hai was assigned to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, along with three comrades in the Standing Committee.
Speaking at the ceremony, Thanh Xuan Ward Party Secretary Bui Huyen Mai emphasized: The official operation of the two-level local government is a historic milestone, not only for the capital but also for Thanh Xuan ward in the new development stage.
Ms. Bui Huyen Mai said that operating the two-level government model is an unprecedented task, requiring flexibility, proactiveness and a high sense of responsibility of the entire political system.
The ward leaders will strive to overcome all difficulties and be determined to successfully complete the political tasks assigned by the City Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee. At the same time, the ward will make the most of the city's attention and support to improve the quality of local government operations.
Along with perfecting the organizational structure, Thanh Xuan ward will clearly assign people, work, responsibilities, and efficiency to the entire team of cadres, civil servants, and public employees. The highest goal that the ward government is aiming for is the satisfaction and trust of the people and business community in the area.
