On July 8, Politburo Member, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi City Tran Duc Thang received citizens and resolved 5 cases.
At the reception, Hanoi Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang listened to and directed the resolution of reflections on 5 specific cases of citizens.
The first case is the case of Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoang (at address: No. 519 Ngo Gia Tu, Viet Hung ward). Mr. Hoang proposed to review the compensation price and arrange on-site residential land resettlement for households when implementing the 40m road project from Ngo Gia Tu to Thuong Thanh urban area.
The second case is the case of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Nien (at address: Building N03T6 - Diplomatic Corps Area, Xuan Dinh Ward). Mr. Nien requested the building investor (Trung Do Joint Stock Company) to complete the procedures to be eligible to issue a certificate of house ownership to residents at building NO3T6 Diplomatic Corps Area.
The third case is the case of Ms. Ngo Nhu Phuong, in Dong Da ward. Ms. Phuong requested competent authorities to issue certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land of 1,226 commercial plots at the Gia Lam Urban Area project (Gia Lam commune) according to the provisions of law.
The fourth case is the case of Mr. Nguyen Van Duong, in Khe Ngoai 2 village, Me Linh commune. Mr. Duong proposed to definitively resolve the case that has lasted for more than 20 years regarding the exchange of residential land in 2003 to open rural roads but has not been returned land.
The fifth case is the case of Mr. Nguyen Sinh Ngu (in Thach That commune). Mr. Ngu has not agreed with the content of Inspection Conclusion No. 15/KL-UBND dated September 27, 2019 of Thach That District People's Committee (formerly), which includes the content of returning money to 12 households that paid money to buy land for population expansion in Dong Lo area, Thuy Lai village, Phu Kim commune from 2004; proposing to resolve land handover to 12 households.
Secretary of the City Party Committee Tran Duc Thang and leaders of departments, agencies, branches, communes, and wards of the city listened to each citizen presenting their recommendations; listened to leaders of relevant agencies and localities report on the handling situation and proposed directions to definitively resolve the cases.
Based on specific analysis of each case file and exchanges on each case, Secretary of the City Party Committee Tran Duc Thang directed relevant departments, agencies, branches, and localities to resolve each case in accordance with legal regulations and authority, ensuring the legitimate rights of citizens. At the same time, relevant agencies must agree on the progress and deadlines for reporting the results of definitively resolving each case.
Secretary of the City Party Committee Tran Duc Thang requested agencies, units, and localities to continue to review and statistically analyze cases and have plans to receive and definitively resolve legitimate petitions from citizens. For issues that people do not understand about policies and laws, dialogue must be organized so that people understand and comply.
Representatives of citizens speaking at the reception expressed their gratitude for the concern, listening, and thorough resolution of Comrade Secretary of the City Party Committee Tran Duc Thang. Citizens believe that with the direction of Comrade Secretary of the City Party Committee, the recommendations will be resolved soon by functional agencies, ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of citizens.
