Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man has just signed and issued Resolution No. 1409/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on approving the election results of the Head of the XV National Assembly Delegation of Cao Bang province.
Mr. Quan Minh Cuong - Secretary of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, XV National Assembly delegate - holds the position of Head of the XV National Assembly Delegation of Cao Bang province.
Previously, the Politburo issued Decision No. 1818-QDNS/TW dated January 17, 2025 on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Quan Minh Cuong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Dong Nai province - to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, cease holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
On January 24, 2025, on behalf of the National Assembly Standing Committee, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man signed and issued Resolution No. 1372/NQ-UBTVQH15 on transferring the activities of the National Assembly Delegation for Mr. Quan Minh Cuong.
Accordingly, Mr. Quan Minh Cuong transferred his activities from the National Assembly Delegation of Dong Nai province to the National Assembly Delegation of Cao Bang province from January 24, 2025.
