It is inevitable that organizations that are no longer suitable
Implementing the Central Government's policy on streamlining the organizational apparatus, the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee has seriously implemented the important conclusions of the Central Government and the Provincial Party Committee.
This is a strategic step to build an increasingly clean and strong Party and political system, ensuring a focused and unified leadership, avoiding overlapping tasks of specialized agencies, meeting the requirements in the new development stage of the province and the country.

According to Binh Dinh Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung, the process of reorganizing the apparatus is carried out with a high sense of responsibility, ensuring strictness, efficiency, and compliance with regulations, helping the apparatus operate better and more effectively.
Ending the operation of organizations that are no longer suitable and transferring functions and tasks to corresponding units is an inevitable step to improve the operational efficiency of the apparatus, ensuring streamlining but not reducing the effectiveness of leadership.
Mr. Ho Quoc Dung requested that agencies and units receiving new tasks must immediately get to work, not to let gaps occur, and not to disrupt the operations of the political system and social life.

On behalf of Binh Dinh leaders, Mr. Ho Quoc Dung expressed his gratitude, appreciation and commended the sacrifices and exemplary examples of the contributions of leaders and cadres to the development of Binh Dinh homeland.
Mr. Ho Quoc Dung suggested ensuring policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers (CCVCNLD) affected by the arrangement. "Ensure their legitimate rights so that they can soon stabilize their lives with the spirit of not leaving anyone behind in this revolution," the Secretary of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee emphasized.
The amount of money paid for policies and regimes is very large
Speaking with Lao Dong, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan said that immediately after completing the restructuring of the apparatus and personnel work, the province assigned the Department of Home Affairs to review and synthesize funding for implementing policies and regimes for leaders, cadres, and civil servants affected by the restructuring and streamlining of the apparatus. The implementation budget is taken from the provincial budget.

Mr. Le Minh Tuan - Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Binh Dinh province - said that the Department is synthesizing the amount of money to resolve the regime for cases of early retirement, work leave pending retirement and leave... There is currently no specific figure, however, the amount paid is very large.
"The regime regime will be calculated according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP (on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants and armed forces in implementing the reorganization of the apparatus of the political system) and Decree No. 177/2024/ND-CP of the Government (Regulating the regime and policies for cases of non-rehabilitation, reappointment and cadres quitting or retiring at will).
The process of resolving the regime will have people with high and low salaries, depending on the salary and remaining working time. The payment budget is taken from the province's salary savings.
Initially, the province planned to develop policies for cases affected by the restructuring of the apparatus, but due to the large amount of money, the province temporarily stopped construction," said the Director of the Department of Home Affairs.
Up to now, Binh Dinh has 186 leaders, cadres, and civil servants who have applied for early retirement, retired from work pending retirement, and retired to serve the work of restructuring the apparatus.
