Mr. Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the inspection delegation chaired the meeting. The content of the draft Report is the results of the inspection of a number of topics on key work in 2025 of the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat.
Representatives of the Inspection Team presented a report on the inspection results, and listened to the opinions discussed and recommendations of members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, leaders of districts and departments of Da Nang City.
Mr. Tran Cam Tu, Standing member of the Secretariat, said that the Politburo is very eager to listen to opinions from localities and grassroots levels. Previously, the Politburo planned not to organize regular inspections this year. But after the Central Committee decided on the country's major issues, especially how to achieve the goals and targets set by the Resolution of the 13th National Congress, the Central Committee organized inspection teams for Party Committees directly under the Central Committee. The Central Executive Committee issued Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 on the Supplementary Project on Socio-Economic Development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or more to create a premise for the following years to reach double digits.
The second content is on the implementation of Resolution 18 dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient" and Conclusion 121-KL/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee on summarizing Resolution 18, associated with the establishment and operation of new party committees. In the process of implementing the Resolution, there are many lessons that the Central Government must summarize and learn from the locality to make them even stronger in the coming time.
The third content is the implementation of Resolution 57 dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; some localities have not really taken drastic measures, so they need to be checked in practice.
Regarding the implementation of Directive 35 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW dated January 18, 2025, at the same time as the improvement and arrangement of the apparatus, the implementation of Directive 35 must also be supplemented and amended.
