In the afternoon of May 19, in Hanoi, the Central Police Party Committee, the Ministry of Public Security held a 10 -year summation conference to implement the Politburo's Directive No. 05 dated 15.5.2016 on promoting learning and following the ideology, morality, Ho Chi Minh style and evaluating the results of the implementation of Regulation No. 09 on May 19, 2023 of the Central Police Party Committee (CATW) on the People's Committee of the People's Police.
At the Conference, General Secretary To Lam said that during his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always paid special attention to building a People's Public Security force that was absolutely loyal to the cause of the Party, serving the people, and being the core force in the cause of protecting security and order.

On the basis of inheriting and promoting the achieved results in learning, following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, right after the Politburo issued Directive No. 05, the CATW Party Committee, the Ministry of Public Security thoroughly grasped and implemented with many diverse forms and methods ... In terms of action, with the strength of studying, following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, implementing Uncle Ho's Six Teachings, the People's Public Security force has clearly demonstrated its mettle and heroic qualities with very outstanding results. The People's Public Security Forces have been exemplary and took the lead in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies and laws of the State.
