Towards the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Public Security
The Gala and series of activities were held to celebrate the 77th anniversary of the People's Public Security study and implementation of the Six Teachings of Uncle Ho (October 11, 1945 - March 11, 2025), towards the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Public Security (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025).
The series of events took place in the Hoan Kiem Lake area and Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square (Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi). Among them, there are many activities bearing the mark of the People's Public Security force, such as: A performance of the drum festival and heroic martial arts at Ly Thai To Square; displaying equipment and equipment of the People's Public Security force along Hang Khay, Trang Tien streets... with many modern and modern equipment such as armored vehicles, robots, fire trucks.
Also in this series of events, there will be an exhibition of the Digital Technology Museum, applying the modern immersive Museum model, bringing a multi-dimensional, lively experience. Along with that are interactive experience areas combined with propaganda and education on traffic safety and Fire Prevention and Fighting.
The people of the capital and tourists will experience being digital citizens, criminal police, fire police, traffic police and admire the performance of motorbikes leading the company, the flute, the Cavalry, the martial arts, the air force, the situation of chasing criminals, training on performing acrobatics, the Ao Dai festival.
Closing the series of activities was the music gala "Vinh quang CAND Viet Nam" on the evening of March 9, at the center of Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square. The Gala features artists My Tam, Noo Phuoc Thinh, Tung Duong, Soobin Hoang Son, Nguyen Tran Trung Quan, Van Mai Huong, Duong Hoang Yen.
The Ministry of Public Security said that the series of activities not only honors glorious traditions, affirming the strength and bravery of the People's Public Security force in the period when the country is entering an era of rising up, but is also a bridge and an opportunity to connect the people and the People's Public Security force.
Commemorative activities ensure progress and goals
According to Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Toan - Director of the Department of Political Affairs (Ministry of Public Security), by early March 2025, the Organizing Committee of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (Organizing Committee) has completed organizing 5 major activities, including: Organizing the 2024 Asian Police Taekwondo Open; Political art program "Living in the hearts of the People"; Summary of the award ceremony of the Sculpture and photography Camp on the theme "For National Security and Peace in Life"; Songwriting Contest with the theme "80 years - Glory of the Vietnam People's Public Security".
For other activities, relevant units are still implementing according to plan and schedule. In particular, focus on organizing well activities from now until May 19 such as: Music Gala Program " Glory of the Vietnam People's Public Security"; International Workshop on enhancing the participation of women in law enforcement forces; organizing a parade to commend the international female police force and the Ao Dai Festival; Organizing the "Youth for National Security" Camp in the Northern region, honoring 80 outstanding and outstanding examples of the youth of the Commune, Ward and Town Police in 2024.
At the second meeting of the Organizing Committee on March 4, General Luong Tam Quang - Politburo member, Minister of Public Security - requested the Standing Committee on commemorative activities to review and reorganize the members of the Organizing Committee after changes in working positions and positions.
