At the ceremony, authorized by the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, leaders of the Department of Organization - Personnel of the Supreme People's Court announced the Decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Vo Ke Nghiep - Chief Justice of the People's Court of An Giang province to hold the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of Ca Mau province, for a term of 5 years from May 1, 2026.

On April 29, the Supreme People's Court held a ceremony to announce and award decisions on assigning and appointing the position of Chief Justice of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Mr. Chu Duc Anh, Director of the Department of Organization - Personnel of the Supreme People's Court, announced the decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court on assigning and appointing Mr. Pham Quoc Hung - Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court concurrently holding the position of Chief Justice of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court; The term of appointment is no more than 2 years, from April 29, 2026.

On the same day, April 29, Da Nang City People's Court held a ceremony to announce the decisions of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court on personnel work at the People's Court of Region 7 and the People's Court of Region 12.

According to the Decision, Mr. Vo Tran Duy Hinh - Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 12 - Da Nang, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 7 - Da Nang; The term of office is 5 years, from May 1, 2026;

Transferring and appointing Mr. Nguyen Nho Hoang - Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 7 - Da Nang, to hold the position of Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 12 - Da Nang; The term of appointment is 5 years, from May 1, 2026.

Speaking to receive the assignment, the new Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 7 Vo Tran Duy Hinh promised to continue to strive with the unit's collective to maintain discipline, improve the quality of resolving and adjudicating all types of cases; build a united collective, and successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Also this week, on April 29, the Supreme People's Court held a ceremony to announce and award decisions on transfer and appointment of the Chief Justice of the Appellate Court of the Supreme People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Mr. Chu Duc Anh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Director of the Department of Organization - Personnel of the Supreme People's Court announced the Decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Tran Thanh Hoang - Chief Justice of the Appellate Court of the Supreme People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City to hold the position of Chief Justice of the Appellate Court of the Supreme People's Court in Da Nang;

Transferring and appointing Mr. Tran Huy Duc - Chief Justice of the Appellate Court of the Supreme People's Court in Da Nang to hold the position of Chief Justice of the Appellate Court of the Supreme People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City.

The term of office of Mr. Tran Thanh Hoang and Mr. Tran Huy Duc is 5 years from May 1, 2026.
