On November 8, at the headquarters of Gia Lai Provincial People's Court, the Supreme People's Court held a ceremony to announce and award the decision to appoint the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court.
According to the decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Mr. Nguyen Tien Sy - Intermediate Judge, Chief Justice of the Family and Juvenile Court - was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Justice of Gia Lai Provincial People's Court, with a term of office of 5 years from November 1, 2024.
Presenting the decision, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Pham Quoc Hung hoped that the new Deputy Chief Justice of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Court, Nguyen Tien Sy, would continuously improve his political qualities and professional qualifications, be dedicated to his work, listen attentively, and put collective and common interests above all;
Focus on building internal solidarity to work with the leadership team, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Court, and the leadership of the People's Court at two levels to be clean, strong, and excellently complete assigned tasks.
The new Deputy Chief Justice of Gia Lai Provincial People's Court, Nguyen Tien Sy, promised to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, democratic centralism with the collective and leadership of the Provincial People's Court, to lead, direct and deploy the activities of the two-level Provincial People's Court to excellently complete the assigned political tasks.
Also last week, on November 4, the Supreme People's Court held a ceremony to announce the decision to appoint the Chief Justice of Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Court.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tri Tue - Permanent Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court - presented the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Dang An Thanh (51 years old, from Nam Dinh) to hold the position of Chief Justice of Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Court, for a period of 5 years from November 1, 2024.
Before being appointed Chief Justice of Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Court, Mr. Thanh held the positions of Deputy Chief Justice of Binh Duong Provincial People's Court and judge of the High People's Court in Ho Chi Minh City.
Presenting the appointment decision, Mr. Nguyen Chi Tue requested Mr. Dang An Thanh to continuously study, practice, and improve his professional qualifications and skills, and together with the leadership of Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Court, manage and build an increasingly clean and strong unit, and successfully complete assigned tasks.
Previously, the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City also held a ceremony to announce and present the decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court on the appointment of the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the People's Court of Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu (41 years old) - Primary Judge, Chief of Office of Thu Duc City People's Court - was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Justice of Thu Duc City People's Court, Mr. Hieu's new term of office is 5 years from November 1, 2024.
At the ceremony, Mr. Phung Van Hai - Deputy Chief Justice of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court - asked Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu to continue to make efforts, strive, unite internally, promote strengths to join the leadership, judges, and civil servants of Thu Duc City Court to achieve many achievements in work, maintaining the leading flag of the two-level court of Ho Chi Minh City.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu promised to continue to maintain internal solidarity, constantly study, practice, and improve professional skills to successfully complete assigned tasks.
