The Ministry of Home Affairs has just organized a conference to announce the Minister's decision on personnel work.
According to Decision No. 123/QD-BNV dated January 29, 2026 of the Minister of Home Affairs, Acting Chief of Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs Bui Huy Tung has just been appointed to hold the position of Chief of Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry, Minister of Home Affairs Do Thanh Binh presented the decision to Chief of Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs Bui Huy Tung.
Speaking at the conference, Minister Do Thanh Binh said that the appointment of Chief of the Ministry Office is an extremely important task in the personnel work of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
On behalf of the Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry, the Minister sent congratulations to Mr. Bui Huy Tung for being trusted and appointed to the position of Chief of the Ministry Office by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry. This is both an honor and a great responsibility for Mr. Tung personally in the process of working, training, and contributing to the common development of the Ministry.
Minister Do Thanh Binh said that in the past time, Mr. Bui Huy Tung has constantly strived, strived, and cultivated qualities, moral bravery, lifestyle, showing a high sense of responsibility in work, and completing assigned tasks well.
Performing the responsibility of Acting Chief of the Ministry Office, Mr. Tung always promotes the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness, and creativity in work, promptly and effectively for the leaders of the Ministry.
The appointment of Mr. Bui Huy Tung to the position of Chief of the Ministry Office is a worthy recognition of the process of striving and training efforts" - the Minister emphasized.
The Ministry Office is an advisory, general, coordinating, and direct assisting agency for the Ministry's leaders in directing and operating. With a particularly important role, the unit has ensured discipline, administrative discipline, and improved the operational efficiency of the entire Ministry.
In the context of new requirements for administrative reform, digital transformation, building a professional, modern, incorruptible, and serving administration that are increasingly high, the tasks of the Ministry Office in general and the head of the Office in particular are increasingly heavy, requiring a higher sense of responsibility for Mr. Bui Huy Tung personally.
According to the Minister, the Chief of Office must do even better, coordinate well within the Ministry, and at the same time coordinate well with ministries, branches and localities to advise and complete the tasks assigned by the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Government Party Committee to the Ministry.
With the position being appointed, the Minister expressed confidence and requested Chief of Office Bui Huy Tung to perform a number of tasks.
