On July 25, the People's Court of Da Nang City held a task handover ceremony, announcing and handing over decisions on appointment to positions, decisions on the establishment of grassroots party organizations and Party cells.
At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Canh - former member of the City Party Committee, former Chief Justice of the Da Nang City People's Court and Mr. Dang Quoc Loc - Chief Justice of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Court (old), Party Secretary, Chief Justice of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Court (new) handed over the task to the Chief Justice of the Da Nang City People's Court after the merger.
The People's Court of Da Nang City announced the Decision of the Chief Justice of the People's Court of Da Nang City on the appointment of positions at specialized courts and professional departments after the merger.
Mr. Cao Van Hieu - Chief Justice of the Civil Court, holds the position of Chief Justice of the Civil Court of the People's Court of Da Nang City after the merger; Ms. Dinh Thi Kim Hanh - Head of the Organization - Personnel Department, holds the position of Head of the Organization - Personnel Department of the People's Court of Da Nang City after the merger;
Ms. Thai Thi Phi Yen - Chief Justice of the Family and Juvenile Court, holding the position of Chief Justice of the Family and Juvenile Court of the People's Court of Da Nang City after the merger; Mr. Tran Huu Vinh - Chief of Office, holding the position of Chief of Office of the People's Court of Da Nang City after the merger;
Ms. Mai Vuong Thao - Head of the Department of Director, Inspectorate and Enforcement of Judgments, holds the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Director, Inspectorate, Inspectorate and Enforcement of Judgments of the People's Court of Da Nang City after the merger;
Ms. Le Thi Kim Tung - Deputy Chief of Office, holds the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the People's Court of Da Nang City after the merger; Mr. Bui Trong Danh - Deputy Chief of the Criminal Court, has had his term of office as Deputy Chief of the Criminal Court of the People's Court of Da Nang City extended after the merger.
The appointment decisions are effective for a 5-year term from July 14, 2025.
On the same day, July 25, the Hanoi People's Procuracy held a ceremony to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the founding of the People's Procuracy (July 26, 1960 - July 26, 2025) and received the Third Class Labor Medal.
Authorized by the President, Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy Nguyen Huy Tien awarded the Third Class Labor Medal to the Hanoi People's Procuracy for outstanding achievements in resolving cases related to security, social order, economy, corruption, and positions monitored and directed by the Central Steering Committee on preventing and combating corruption, negativity, and waste.
Also in the week, on July 26, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on appointing Colonel Dinh Viet Dung - Director of Nghe An Provincial Police - to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.
Previously, the Minister of Public Security decided to transfer Colonel Dinh Viet Dung - Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police - to work and hold the position of Director of Nghe An Provincial Police.
At the 31st session of the 18th Nghe An Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, the additional member of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term was elected by Colonel Dinh Viet Dung - Director of Nghe An Provincial Police.
